Shipping & Handling
For sending orders in the Benelux we use TNT Post and UPS. For all other countries we only use UPS.
To be certain that your order is paid for, we cannot send out your package any sooner than we've received full payment.
To make sure that you receive your order, a signature is required at each delivery
Returns
We can accept returns up to 7 working days after you've received your order, please let us know before you return your item, you can do this by email or phone.
